The Maibock has been transferred to keg. Should be carbonated and drinkable in a few days.
The Dunkel and the Rauchbier have been racked off to start lagering. The Rauchbier is definitely smokey! (Will go well with smoked foods and of course: BACON!) Now I have to finish cleaning all those carboys...
Still working on labels for the Orange Blossom Honey Mead; haven't heard back from the Art Dept. yet.
